If you have any questions at any stage of your moving process, please contact us . The Australian Government Dept of Health and Ageing has a great resource to help you understand the considerations in moving. We recommend that you download their booklet 'Five Steps to Entry into Residential Aged Care' on the Dept of Health and Ageing website. Section five of this booklet deals specifically with moving and settling in - it provides advice on the main things you, your family, friends or carer, should be aware of at each of the stages of moving into a residential aged care home.
